High‐Efficiency Photo‐Induced Charge Transfer for <scp>SERS</scp> Sensing in N‐Doped <scp>3D‐Graphene</scp> on Si Heterojunction

Nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene (N-doped 3D-graphene) is a derivative with excellent adsorption capacity, large specific surface area, high porosity, and optoelectronic properties. Herein, N-doped 3D-graphene/Si heterojunctions were grown in situ directly on silicon (Si) substrates via plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD), which promising for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) candidates. Combined analyses of theoretical simulation, incorporating N atoms 3D-graphene are beneficial to increase the electronic state density system enhance charge transfer between substrate target molecules. The enhancement optical electric fields benefits from stronger light-matter interaction improved by natural nano-resonator structure 3D-graphene. as-prepared SERS based achieve ultra-low detection various molecules: 10−8 M methylene blue (MB) 10−9 crystal violet (CRV) rhodamine (R6G) 10−10 M. In practical detected, thiram was precisely detected apple peel extract. results indicate that based-SERS have applications low-concentration molecular food safety.
